Notes surcharge of $20.00 per person per night for occupancy of more than 6 persons-- maximum of 8 people.
There is an additional tax of 12% based on total rental amount.
Payment is only accepted in US dollars unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit can be paid with a cashier check, personal check, or paypal with an additional 4% fee. Keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival.
Unless we have made special arrangements, we have a 1 week minimum. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
The home will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, linens and towels are provided.

To personalize your vacation our Property Manager Donna Jane Rivera will be happy to assist you in arranging fishing or snorkeling trips, golf cart rentals, personalized maid and chef services. Just let us know and she will be happy to provide you a very personalized vacation.
